Gaurav Panchal was a business dev exec with our India based firm and while in company we paid salary, he continued to pursue his interest within the firm.

He holds MBA from Nirma University, Ahmedabad and works under 3 Steps Ahead Technology (3 SAT). After leaving the organization knowing business secrets and getting access to custom code, Gaurav poached our employees to join his organzation or work as freelancers for him.

You can never rely on this person. He can steal or stab you in your back. Company already served him a notice for his contract violation and breach via professional couriers of trust to which he has not yet responded.

Beware of dealing with this person! You may just be giving your trade secrets to him.
