I drove from Houston on 12/24/10 to pick up my daughter after she changed plans and decided not to Go GreyHound. Parked in the "Greyhound Package Express" but since I was a paying customer of Greyhound ( still have docs of the ticket I had purchaed Refund confirm # 69506452 Ticket # 001 00 29 54895318 1) thought it was not a problem. Within two minutes their spotters ( Bexar Towing ) slapped a warning notice on my car and towed it. More like Gone in 60 seconds. I was stranded in S. A for several hours before I had my brother wire me the $286.00 to get my car released.

While I waited I video-taped the gang tow two more cars. Quite an enterprise. Two spotters run to a car the minute the driver disappears, slap a warning notice on the window and signal a nearby tow truck, Literally gone in less than two minutes,
This has unfortunately tainted my image of San Antonio ( and Greyhound) and ruined Christmas for me and my family..

The Tow from Greyhound was alledgely authorized by R. Quintero but I was never given a signed copy of the tow authorization as required, I am really upset at the unethical way that Greyhound allows this scam to operate, especially since I was a customer of Greyhound.
