Complaint Review: Beyond Fitness Hi-tech Trainer

My wife went into gold's gym and signed a contrct with this company called beyond fitness. the salesperson told her that they would provide her with a certified trainer,diet program, workout program and scheduled workout with the trainer once a month.

Her first trainer knew nothing about working out. He quite two days later. The second trainer also had no certification. She quite the next day. My wife spoke to another trainer who was certified, but he was overbook already and could not take her. He told her that her chances of getting a real trainer were slim.
They have never provided any service and can't provide the services their saleperson claimed.

We have called corporate more times than i can remember. Usually the 800 number is busy and their other number goes to a answering machine. I got through one time and talked to a lady named Deann. She said she would call me back the next day(sept12) or monday(sept 15,03)and let me know how to resolve this problem. Needless to say, she never called back, and i have not been able to get through to anyone since.

It is the biggest joke I have ever had to deal with.
