Complaint Review: Beyond Fitness Denise Burke

I was a member at a gym here in Wilmington North Carolina and made a huge mistake when I did business with Beyond Fitness. I signed up for training sessions with a young lady and was told that she would be my trainer.This did not happen,in just a few months I have been through 4 trainers already.I found out later that the girl who had signed me up was fired by no fault of her own.She was hired at a certain pay rate and after a few months beyond fitness told her that they would'nt pay her that rate even if she did have a written contract stating the dollar amount.When she brought up that this was unfair and unjust she was fired (another trainer there who freely admits that the company is crooked informed me of this). They countinue to hold me to my end of the contract and take my money without providing the service on their end. I have tried to contact their "home office" which I am starting to beleive does'nt exsist.The numbers that are given are to a voicemail box and one listed was to a fax machine.In my investigation into the company and search for someone to help me in the company I found nothing but PAGES of complaints against Beyond Fitness.I even found some articles on the "owners" of the company who seem to have criminal records ivolving a number a shady things including GUN RUNNING!I have found 107 complaints on Beyond Fitness and 86 of them were never taken care of by the company. BEYOND FITNESS IS A CROOKED COMPANY RUN BY CROOKED PEOPLE!!!BEWARE!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEYOND FITNESS!!!!
