Bfc Insurance Agency Of Nevada Aka Account Protection Services sold me account protection without disclosing liminations and that one must be in a nursing home or hospital for account protection to pay account. Doctors declared me permanently disabled and this company paid just over $200 A REFUSES TO PAY ANYTHING FURTHER Las Vegas, Nevada & Bridgeport, NJBridgewater New Jersey

I applied for and received an HSBC Discover Card several years ago. I also signed up for account protection coverage in the event I became ill or died. I always made my monthly payments on time and when I became ill, I filed a claim with Account Benefit because I became ill and the doctors placed me on permenent disability, I was in-patient 5 days at UCLA Medical Center for Health Sciences battling a severe infection and shingles. I am also a heart transplant recipient and received my transplant 5/8/1990 over 18 years ago, yet, I went back to work until this last illness struck me in June. I am struggling to keep my home and pay my bills. I do not have funds to hire an attorney to fight a big corporation that prays on people like me. I feel helpless and I just wonder how many others have had the same thing happen to them. The account protection as it appears NOW...is a joke and I have been ripped off paying premiums for a useless protection plan that on benefits HSBC financially and does not protect me or anyone in a similiar position asmyself. This also the same bank that owns HFC and Beneficial Finance
