Purchased BFG 6800 OC Video Card from BestBuy Online Store late 2004 for $25000. Noticed card had cracked fan soon after installing.

Contacted BFG to return for repair/replacement (product has lifetime warranty). Was instructed to return unit. Packaged unit in retail carton with all accessories (cables, adapters, instructions, demo discs, etc.) just as I had received it from BestBuy, and returned complete retail unit to BFG.

Replacement product arrived quickly, however the only item returned was the video card. No accessories included at all. Contaced the company several times via email requesting the accessory products returned, but all emails have been ignored.

Yeah, when I called to get my RMA, the guy specifically said to send only the card, and nothing else, because that's all that they wuold send back.
