Complaint Review: BG Boards

BG Boards TJ Petrie Never recieved order and can not get the company to call or email me back Strongville Ohio

On December 27, 2014 I placed an order with BG boards for cornhole pellets. My checking account was immediately debited and their website indicated the order would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. The message on the phone for the company stated they were closed due to the holidays and that orders placed before the 20th of December would be received prior to Christmas Eve and orders placed after that would be shipped the next week. Per the website my order is still pending shipment as of January 13th. I have attempted to contact the company on numerous occasions, by numerous methods and numerous phone numbers without any kind of reply. I decided to do a search and came across the bad reports on this site as well as the Better Business Bureau and have come to the conclusion that I will not receive my order or my money back.
