Complaint Review: BG Concepts

BG Concepts Rip Off, San Jose, California

I ordered 100 shirts. Gave them a very high resolution image for front and back. They gave me the shirts and the quality of the printing was so poor that they were pretty much unusable. When I told the manager he tried to blame it on the printing process and then changed his story and said it was because the image wasn't high resolution enough (which is a total lie because he verified the image quality before the order was started). I told him that I wasn't going to pay for the shirts unless I got a sizable discount. Not only did they not give me that but they illegally charged my card without my authorization. This company does sub par work and should be avoided at all costs. You are better off going somewhere else and avoiding the hassle.

Hey Bill, thanks for your business and I apologize for the poor results.  I am disappointing that you left our shop feeling taken advantage of in any way.

I'm not sure who was working with you or who the manager was that you spoke with but our policy is repair or replace any shirts that do not match our spec sheet (aka proof).  I'm unaware of anyone illegally charging a card and I'm not sure how that would happen. If the final amount charged is incorrect, you need to contact us so we can correct it.

We have a fantastic track record of satisfied companies, clubs, schools, etc; but I hate to admit that mistakes have and do happen. In the 9 or so years we have been in business, we have been able to minimize issues and our focus is consistently on improving our process.

Your feedback is important and welcome; next time please contact us directly. We randomly came across this site via some targeted marketing campaign and otherwise would not have found it.  Our intention is never to "rip anyone off," any legitimate business knows that is no way to succeed. I think we simply have some mis-communication and I am eager to remedy it.  Thanks in advance talk soon.
