BG Properties Brenda Guye Bad Broker and Property Manager Summerville, South Carolina
BG properties are the worst broker and property management i have ever experienced.
They are not reliable they do not like to fix anything unless its almost rent time. My ac unit broke and its now been almost a month that my house has been without air conditioning or heating. Brenda Guye who is the broker in charge does not return phone calls or check e mails and really does not care about her tenants. She constantly sends me to the voicemail and does not care to deal with me but will send me an email stating that the rent is due. if you are looking for a home and you see bg properties attached to it RUN.

i am pleased to announce that after investigating the situation, that it was not in fact BG prperties but the original owner who was causing all the problems and not doing anything about the situation. After communication with Ms Guye i was well informed about the situation and BG Properties even sent their own contractors to fix the situation thank you Ms Guye and BG properties.
