BH Cosmetics Took funds,never shipped item,nor refunded Internet Chicago, Illinois
My daughter,14 years old,purchased a visa gift card to get her older sister some makeup from BH Cosmetics.She read the glowing 5 star reviews on their site and trusted them and placed an order with them online.After being given a bogus tracking number and trying it for days,then phoning the bogus company and getting nothing but music playing,she let me know what was going on.I phoned them on Christmas Eve and shockingly,an unidentified woman answered and told me the product was out of stock and my daughter would be refunded.Never heard from them again after several phone calls and e-mails.So no product,no refund!!
