 This company is a joke don't fall for the great customer service when you sign you contract ... I live here since 2013 everything was smooth until BHmanagement took over ... I had tiles coming off the floor completely and it was time for me to renew my lease I was assured that this will be taken care of asap ...unfortunately it took a good 5 months of calling and emailing and screaming and even calling authorities (it was a serious matter matter my so and I could've been hurt) to get it fixed ... Second issue was neighbors noise all day and all night extremely loud music severe stomping and banging at late hours of the night ... Several complains to the front office and corporate and two police reports and two meeting with property manager and her assuring me that the person has violated her lease ageement and she will be moving out in60 days ... Will it's 90 days now the person still lives here and I am miserable as nothing had changed ... Tried filling a compliant with BBB bureau (they never responded) I sent and email to corporate (again) stating that I would like to move out this apartment within minutes I get a respond (yey) unfortunately the reply was to let me know that I need to pay my fees if I am breaking my lease (wow no questions asked do I want to get another unit? Anything they can do for s long time loyal resident?) absolutely nothing ... On top of all that they decided to double the water and sewer with no explanation ... No way to get an answer as u called the office and was told that Amy was the person respondibl and she'll call me back ... Two months past not a word ...
