Complaint Review: Bharati Airtel

This is the worst website and phone service I have used from USA.
1)Placed order 4 times with unsuccessful messages - surprisingly got deducted 4 times from my credit cards.
2. Could never connect to customer service number provided.1-877-5150 never connected so far.
3. Never succeded in getting connected to 18772474047 in first 3 attempts not even busy message

Requested my credit card company to revert back three payments. If money does not get credited back for additioanal debits and call service does not get better I got to contact BBQ and Paypal for necessary actions.
May be I have to proceed legally if I dont get reply back promptly. It has been more than 10 days I m struggling to reach your office by phone.
Appreciate if some one reponds back soon from Airtel.
