We where in the process of moving, and I wanted to do some repairs on my mobile home before we moved.

I found a company called BHM Financial group. I filled in an app, and they called to tell me I was approved. I told them I was still looking around, but they litterly called a few times a day for a week. I said I would go with them, and they then faxed me a more in depth credit app. So I filled it all in, they needed personal reference, pay stubs bills, insurance copies of my existing mortgage copies of my site lease...on and on and on.

I faxed it all over, a few hours later they called your approved for 10,000. So they sent me the loan documents to sign, had to get them notarized, witnessed, then had to fax them to them. Then had to overnight courier all the documents.

I called yup your funds will be in the bank within minutes of us confirming the waybill. She called got your way bill doing the transfer you should get it in two days? I said two days you said it was a wire transfer.. she then explained well its near instant if I am with the same bank as them if not it can take a few days????

Okay, well if thats how it is fine...

Then 2 hours later... a call... sorry your declined....

Declined???? Huh I just signed the loan doc's

Yes well we did not know you had a mortgage on the place. Umm that was in my first app the second app and you had me fax the mortgage docs????

Oh yes I see that... well I will run it past management maybe we can do it for a smaller amount.. maybe 1000 instead... ? I have a 20k Mortgage on a 119k Mobile home, and you want to give me 1k???

I said listen I signed everything already.... I expect the money...
