Complaint Review: Bid4prizes

Bid4prizes has charged my cell phone account for 9.99. I dont even have a clue what this is. I just got my cell phone bill today and I am trying to get up with them. On the phone it says they do not open until 7:00 am PST so I am waiting until they open. How can these companys do such bogas charges that you do not authorize?

I contacted my cell phone provider and they told me I would have to contact the company myself. I explained to them that I did not even know what this company was or how this happened! I did get them to put a block on my text message because the cell phone company did say that was how it was being done.

I want my account credited back! This is crazy how someone can do these things without your knowledge untill you get your bill and see this! Technology sometimes really sucks because you have no control of your personal information or what people out their are doing to people like me!

Any information about this someone could help me with I would gladly appreciate!
