I ordered four ink cartridges from this company in early June 2007. They would not perform in my Canon MP160 printer even after trying several options given to me by the company to get them to work. I contacted them to explain their return policy more clearly to me. No response. I then followed the instructions at their site and returned the products to them as directed.

I never heard from them. I started e-mailing them to no effect. I called several times and was told to leave a message and they would call back. No return call was ever received. I spent much of an afternoon calling them again only to be put on hold and never to get anyone to talk to me.

I tried their online chat room. I got the run around. I was told they could not find the PO's tracking number which proved I returned the merchandise. I got a copy of this form from my local PO. It indicated that the package was received by Bidabit. I faxed this to them on 9/4/07. Their email response indicated that the number could not be found by checking the USPS online site for tracking packages. I found out from my PO that since I only paid for 'Insured' mail, this information could only be gotten by Bidabit from their own PO in Chino, CA. In other words Bidabit would not accept the copy as proof that the products were returned.

The latest I heard from these people was that they couldn't find the tracking number on the USPS site. Another email said that they didn't know what was returned to them.

So here I am four months later with no refund. Nada.
