I lost a bid on Ebay for a Louis Vuitton Speedy. I received an email from bidbag.com telling me to come look at their items and that they could give me a great deal on a replica. I ordered a Speedy & a wallet. Shipping was outrageous! I got the items a week later, but BOTH items were incorrect. I emailed them and they replied back for me to send the items back and they would send the correct ones. He told me that I had to pay the return shipping. I did, figuring this was the only time this would happen.

I get the 2nd set of items a week later. The purse is the correct one, but is in HORRIBLE shape. It looked nothing like a real Speedy. It didnt even look anything like what was on their website. And the zipper buckle was broken. The purse wouldn't even open. The wallet was STILL the incorrect one as well.

I contacted them again, and again they said to send the items back, at my expense and they would replace them. I said I wanted a refund instead because I didn't feel like paying for shipping for a 3rd time and still not getting what I wanted.

He said they would keep $30 for shipping for the times they shipped me other items and a %15 restocking fee. This is totally unacceptable. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have a fraud report pending against them through my credit card company.
