I purchased a replica of a Louis Viutton Shoulder Bag & was promised via many, many email correspondence w/this company the quality of these purses, however, when I rec'd the purse, the quality was poor & unsatisfactory. I contacted him, Gene, via email immediately & asked how I would go about returning this item for a refund?
He simply told me "If I take it back, what will I do with it, I buy it from a vendor just like you!". He told me I couldn't return it. I have pages upon pages of rude, threatening emails from this man (company).
With no help in sight from him, I contacted my credit card company, disputed that charge & then cancelled my card. At that time I went to the post office (per Visa) and mailed the purse back (my expense) to Peepchick Corp, www.bidbag.com, return receipt requested, certified that day! I also forwarded all correspondence to my Visa and Visa holder (Bank) along w/all the emails to every person I know!!
He has now began calling my place of business & writing emails to my boss. This man is dispicable! He is insane!!Do NOT do business with this person!

Keep an accurate record of his calls detailing whom he called, when, for how long and what was said.
Keep copies of all emails and correspondance.
You may have a very strong case for harrassement charges if he continues. You may also want to consider a restraining order if things get too bad.
