Complaint Review: Biddeford Blankets

Biddeford Blankets Controller died, tried getting RMA but no customer response either by phone nor email. Mundelein, Illinois

Essentially I'm having the same problem as everyone else is. I bought a Queen size dual control blanket in 2010 and now one controller has stopped working completely, it will not even come on. I checked the connections and even looked for a fuse but no luck.

I have tried to contact Biddeford by phone and email but have not received any response so far. The blanket has a 5 year warranty and I've had it for 2 years so I would like to either get a replacement or have this one repaired but I need an RMA # to do so.

After reading others reports I know that I will never buy another one of their products and will make sure that all my friends and family know about this company and their horrible customer service.
