They advertised a Diamond Back Full Suspension Bicycle valued at $2500. The bike they advertised is on Amazon and indeed it sells for $2500+. However the bicycle I received is not a full suspension bike as advertised. The bike I received was a Diamond Back Hatch 3 hard tail valued at $775. I bid based on what was advertised not what I actually received which is a much cheaper bike and not full suspension. What they did was false advertising and I wanted to return it for a full refund.

I emailed Bidfta customer support who denied my request. They have what is called "open box", which means the customer buys the item "as is" and accepts any and all damages and shortages. I knew this going in as was willing to accept any damage, however this was a total misrepresentation of what they were selling. I would not have even bid on this bike had I known it was a different bike. They claim I should went to the auction site to determine the condition ect., which is nonsense. In all my correspondence with them they have never addressed the fact they advertised the wrong thing.

They also have a policy that they will give you a one time credit for an item that is not correct. I used my one time credit last July 2021 so therefore they denied my request for a credit. A credit should be granted based on the fact they falsely advertised this item.
