BidFuel - AuctionMentor Ignored my cancellation, charged my card anyway, Salt Lake City, Utah
I am intereested in creating a home based business selling a variety of speciality goods either through a website or Ebay. Auctionmentor.com offered to send me a CD detailing how I could make money on Ebay with nothing furhter to buy, just a one time shipping and handling charge of $1.97. After okaying this charge, they called asking me to try their mentoring program and I declined. They told me that I had already signed up for it and I asked them to cancel it. I called my credit card and asked them to block any further charges from auctionmentor.com. Yet lo and behold, my statement came with a $39.95 charge from auctionmentor.com. I have contested it and hopefully it will not end up costing me any more money. Don't ever give out those digits unless you are 100% sure who you are dealing with.
