Complaint Review: Bidrack.com

Beware of Bidrack.com, They have a video on their website that explains how to register step by step but before you know it you have been charged $99 dollars without reaching step two where you choose your bid package. After watching the video several times I still do not see where you are caught for the $99 fee.
I contacted the company for a refund with no results so I went to my Bank for help. They opened a case and got back to me with the same answer, NO REFUND.
I am now going to the BBB of my state for additional help.
I recently looked on the internet for similar complaints and found that thousands of people have had the same experience.

I feel like an idiot, some say that it is just business, I say what???
I was led to the website from CRAIGSLIST where I was told that the item I was looking for was sold already
but that she bought a few of them on the Bidrack site. Beware of any sale on Craigslist that sends you to another site to buy what you are looking for.
