bidrack totally ripped me off!  I simply visited their site and was charged $99.00 to my debit card.  There was no instruction that such a thing might happen.  Bidrack just took!  They will not refund my money and I am an old man on a very fixed income.

Something must be done about them.  I have their ISP address, and if they change it, I will find them again!  I have already taken steps with the U.S. Attorney General's office to look into this entire affair as soon as possible.

Never, ever go on that site or you will rue the day you did!  I see that I was not the only one who was taken by these swindlers.  Seven others are now reporting the very same thing.

INTERNET FRAUD BY WWW.BIDRACK.COM -   Bidrack.com uses its "policy" to scam consumers...when viewing the website nowhere is their any cost associated with registering.  So, under false pretenses it allows consumers to register and enter their credit card number, allowing them to believe that will be the method of paying should they chose to bid on an item.  The consumer, just browsing the site, then gets hit with Bidracks hidden fees and charges the consumer; using their "policy" to deny refunds.  I would suggest that anyone ripped off by Bidrack notify their credit card company immediately and notify their local Attorney Generals Offices fraud division.  Additionally, the internet crime complaint center (www.ic3.gov) is another means to file a report.   Bidracks practices are deceptive and fraudulent.  Stay away and warn others.

I truly am blown away by the amount of people with negative comments about this Live Auction Site and other live Auction Sites on the Internet.  I've been a customer of a couple of these sites and have been very pleased with all of my winnings.  My comments here are relative to people stating they didn't know they were being charged to play the game.  You have to enter credit card or debit card information to purchase bids.  Every single person who has a complaint entered their credit card information and it clearly says they are being charged a certain amount.  Why do they enter this kind of information in the first place?  If anyone would ready the terms and conditions or even how it works would know it costs money to play.  It even says right above where you enter your information you are being charged.  When you go to a Casino to gamble and lose your money do you expect get it all back because you lost it all?

My advise to all these people who think Live Auction Sites are scams, is read the information before you enter credit card information.  Again, why would  ANYONE enter their credit card information on the Internet in the first place and especially on a live auction site?  Nothing is free in this world and slamming these sites because of their own ignorance isn't fair to the company.  When I've signed up I knew EXACTLY how much my card would be charged and I learned how to use the site prior to entering my information.

Pay attention and please in the future don't ruin it for people who enjoy playing.  After all, it's your fault for not reading the information AND ESPECIALLY for entering your credit card info....this is stupidity at its finest.
