I got a Email claiming if I clicked here I could buy a Kindle for $14.00. Once I clicked on the link About 2 seconds later I get a Screen that Said "THANK YOU" For your Order.
With the Name Bidrack on it and a Confirmation number.

NOTHING at all telling me what I bought, or what the price was.
I immediately tracked down the web-site and found a 800 number and called them.

There answer to me was basically Too bad so sad, We DO NOT give Refunds at ALL under NO circumstances!!

I asked to speak to a Supervisor, To which I was told that "they are all in Meetings but if you leave your number one will call you back"

So I left my number and of course I never got a call back, BUT  when I again called them they claimed that Yes Not only was I called but a Detailed message was left !!!
I would love to know where.

Bidrack's rip off "policy"

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, June 23, 2011

INTERNET FRAUD BY WWW.BIDRACK.COM -   Bidrack.com uses its "policy" to scam consumers...when viewing the website nowhere is their any cost associated with registering.  So, under false pretenses it allows consumers to register and enter their credit card number, allowing them to believe that will be the method of paying should they chose to bid on an item.  The consumer, just browsing the site, then gets hit with Bidracks hidden fees and charges the consumer; using their "policy" to deny refunds.  I would suggest that anyone ripped off by Bidrack notify their credit card company immediately and notify their local Attorney Generals Offices fraud division.  Additionally, the internet crime complaint center (www.ic3.gov) is another means to file a report.   Bidracks practices are deceptive and fraudulent.  Stay away and warn others.
