Hello is anybody heard about them how well they are in what they offer all i find about them on other website is this:

They are a Joke!!!
They may have one of the best webpage ever, but that's it. This company is owned by russians. They do not care about you. It took them 45 days to send my items to destination. Sometimes they don't answer the phone, and when they do, the sound is not clear and most of the time, their accent is so bad, you cannot understand what they say. Catherine at Warehousing does not do her job properly. She can never answer your questions, constantly tells you she will call you back but she never does. I've had to call them 100 times to tell them to ship my vehicules, but are very slow to move. I think they do that on purpose to increase the invoice for storage fees. Once they have your car or motorcycle, good luck. I have dealt with them for multiple items, and it's been very messy. half the time, they do not reply to their email. Yes they take visa, but through PAYPAL!!! What kind of business does that euh??? So they don't have a Visa terminal!!! Cheap. Lots of mistakes were done from accounting as well, they are a mess. They tell you an amount for a container, you pay them and then they tell you they want more because now, it's more expensive!!! Surprise. Then, they charged me loading fees, which they never told me about. Sorry, but never, never and never again I will deal with these people...never!

I am looking to make business with them before i do any type business with them maybe somebody can tell me more about them i do not relay on one opinion

When you call you either get hung up on, you can't understand what they are saying or they don't answer the phone. I don't trust them.

When you call them either they do not answer, they hang up on you or you can't understand a word they are saying. They have no problem involving themselves with forged and altered documents.

I have been shipping trough Bidux for a long time, I have never had any problems with this company, They have very good rates and the customer service is grate too, my cargo was always shipped on time, I would recomend Bidux to everyone who is interested in car shipping.
Best service I have ever had no doubt about it!
