BID FOR OVER $ 2,000. WORTH AND PAID FOR ALL - 6 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE GOODS -BIDZ CUSTOMER SUPORT DOES NOT HAVE PROOF OF SHIPMENT OR TRACKING NUMBER - NOT ABLE TO GET REFUND OR ANY OF THE GOODS - I WOULD LIKE OTHERs TO FILE CLAIM AS WELL - I SHOULD BE RECEIVING 11 SHIPMENTS SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE
I BELIEVE I HAVE JUST BEEN RIPPED OFF.
I HOPE I CAN HEAR FROM OTHERS AND HOPE TO GET SOME LEGAL ACTION TO THIS MADNESS OF BIDZ.INC

Bidz customer support said dont worry after 8 weeks you can file a claim as lost - this is a joke if you have no proof of shipment and tracking number how can you track or even claim for loss and with whom?

I can not understand how this comapny still allowed to operate and ripp off people every second of the day

I would like to hear from others and hope that we can as a group approge Federal Trade Commissioner and other legal departments for assistance
