I was bidding on a ".48ctw genuine blue diamond. Valued at 759.00 dollars.

I went back to home page to begin another auction and the same item was being auctioned.

Same picture different value and description. 3.05 blue topaz in sterling silver.

I became alarmed. Called the company and I could not speak to anyone but this man called "KEN" he would not let me speak to anyone. Flat out refused.

He said that it was a mistake in their part. He said that he would call me back and correct the mistake.

When he called me back he sent me to a site address to look at the item I bought. The picture was not what was described either.

I printed both items and their discriptions for evidence. This man Ken argued with me and shouted at me on the phone. Finally hanging up on me when I asked to speak to the Service Mgr.
