I bought a diamond ring from bidz.com that has 13 diamonds on it and they are all suppost to be eye clean.  After i recieved the ring i got it appraised and found out the main stone is NOT eye clean. This is Fraud stating your getting EYE CLEAN diamonds and they are not eye clean.  They have LIED about the CLARITY of the diamonds.

Bidz says return it and they will not take a return over 30 days old

I have already contacted Bidz.com about returning the diamond ring.  The customerservice@bidz.com said the following: Thank you for your inquiry. All Bidz.com merchandise (and non-certified merchant items, etc.) is 100% authentic. This means that if any portion of the items description is found to be inaccurate in any way, you will receive a full refund, as long as the item is returned within the required 30 days from the date of purchase.

I can not return the diamond ring because it is now way over 30 days from the date of purchase.  I did not find out until after the 30 days that the ring was not eye clean.  The advertising on their web site stated that all the diamonds on the ring are eye clean.  This was not true and as a result the $24,050.00 US dollar retail ring only appraised at $5,860.00.  A big difference and if Bidz wants to make it up i would like to see the difference in cash or this will eventually be settled in court.
