BIDZ.COM ripoff and didn't send merchandise, customer has given a run around Internet

I bought some jewelry off this website several times with no problem. Then this last time i have never received my merchandise. I have contacted their customer service several times, I have contacted their claims dept. and no one will contact me back. No one can give me the answer on where my shipment is, but the final step that has caused me to report them is one of their customer svc. reps. gave me fradulant email address, saying she would personally send my claim to the claims dept. All i want is either the merchandise or my money.

You have filed several rebuttals about how you care and help your customers.

However just ROR alone has 132 complaints over 1000 on the internet about your auction service. That does not sound like a very supportive customer support.

You have to do something about sellers who are not following through
