Purchased a $10 item from bidz.com after they added an inflated $9.52 shipping and transaction fee the item never arrived at my door. There sorry Customer service dept. told me it had been lost and that I need to fill out claims and have them notarized to get a refund.
In my opinion David Zinberg and Marina Zinberg should be hauled off on fraud charges.

Be warned this Company will rip you off on small orders because they know people will not bother with all the red tape. They should be investigated.

Lets see if Felicia can give the run around as well as the other Bidz workers, my order # is 2784597. Please do not respond with the nonsense that I have to fill out paper Work you should be doing. Bidz should give me a full refund for a package that they claimed to have lost.
