Bidz.com Worthless ring cannot be returned Culver City California
I saw a "sapphire and diamond" ring that I instantly liked. I especially liked what I saw of the part of the design containing the diamonds. I checked the info page and what do I know about carat weight? I relied more on the photo and the "estimated retail price" of $810 which I always cut in half and sometimes by 2/3 for the actual. I paid $104 for it. However, when I got the ring the diamond part of the design was different as was the sapphire part from the photo. The ring feels like it came off a cigar. It is flimsy and not pretty at all. I can't return it though because when it arrived I was out of town and missed the end of the time period during which they will accept returns. Anybody want a cheap-looking ring? Will sell below cost! That was the last thing I ever bought from Bidz.com and it WILL be the last thing I ever buy from them.

Thank you for your inquiry. It is very unfortunate that you received an item that did not last you a lifetime. If the item was not as described you should have returned the item. We issue refunds for customers that do not receive items as described. You can even return an item if you are not satisfied with the item. You have to make sure that you read all of our policies before you make any decisions. We try our best to accommodate our customers, if you did not call in to see if there was a way that we could have accommodated the return, you should have done so. We would have verified with our returns manager to see if there was a way that we could have better assisted you.
For any future consumers or currents ones, make sure that you do not just base the item on the image. Make sure that you read the entire showcase because that gives you a better idea as to how the item looks.
