Bidz ripoff refuses to sell won auction item! Culver City California
On February 11, 2005 I won an auction at Bidz.com for "ART DECO RING *1.93 CARATS Genuine Blue Sapphires & Diamonds in Solid 14k W".
However, to date I am unable to purchase this item because it is "unavailable". My phone calls and emails to Bidz.com remain unanswered and ignored.
Very unprofessional and unbusiness-like!

I buy from Biodz often, and have had the same problem 2x out of 30-40 auctions. I won a ring valued at 1800.00 USD for 15.00 and it was unavailable. Yes it was too good to be true, but their contract clearly states that is they have bidding issues they can not sell the item. Its their right, and anyone bidding on Bidz has agreed to it. I still bid on their items and love them.
