Big Daddy's Texaco serves undercooked food, evidence of mice, rude and disrespectful, illegal smoking inside building Greenbrier Tennessee
Basically I am a vendor who has witnessed, on a nightly basis (every night), the employees smoking inside the building, next to all the products and food served and sold to customers. This is illegal in the state of Tennessee, where we have a no smoking ban. It is also illegal to not place signs on every entrance warning customers to not smoke. They do not have signs. For this issue I have already contacted the Health Department, both by phone and web and they are currently investigating.
Still I've been unsuccessful in finding the correct department to report the mouse evidence (drops near the newspaper racks), and the fact that I was served partially frozen, under-cooked food by them in 2007.

I agree with Sarah you need to call the health department and report this. I would also keep calling untilk this problem is solved. If I worked for the health department and seen what you have seen I would give them 30days to take care of this problem or I will shut this business down. I would also fine the employees and the customers for smoking in a no smoking establishment

For the mice and the undercooked food, you'll need to contact the Heath Department.
