Tried to order a product on their web site.  When I input my credit card info, it was refused.  Thinking I made a mistake, I foolishly used another credit card.  It was also refused.

I then contacted their customer service on the website and explained my credit card was refused and was it because the product was not in stock.  Received a message back stating the perhaps my card was bad.  And tht I could pay by PayPay. but that oprion was not on their website.  They also explained that I could pay by a gift card such as Amazon.  By then I knew this was bogus, but they already had my credit card info.  

 

Two days later, one card had a transaction that was flagged by the fraud department of my bank.  I contacted them and there were several transactions that were bogus and not made by me.  A day later I received an alert by the other credit card company flagging a suspicious charge.  I immediately clled and there were numerous transcations that day and I had not used my card at all.  

Both cards were locked and I am receiving new ones.  

This bigdealsmall.com site was the only place that I had access to the information on both cards other than one card was used at a local gas station at the pump.
