Big Dog Detailing aka Big Dog Pressure Washing aka Vince Moas Does absolutely terrible work and is unresponsive! Jacksonville Florida
I hired Vince Moas of Big Dog Detailing to do a full detail on my truck. The price was $105 and was to include hand wash, hand wax, vacuum, shampoo carpets, leather treatment, uv protectant on interior, tire shine, clean windows, clean engine compartment, top off fluids, and all chrome and wheels polished. All they did was a quick wash and vacuum and applied wax over dirt amd water spots. None of the other services were performed and he left my truck looking absolutely horrific. He will not even respond to my messages to addresd the issues.
