I have bought over 6-7,8 games through Big Fish Games and have been charged for all, then they slapp a monthly fee for each one and I never got the games,but was charged!
This is wrong all I like to do is play games I am disabled and have COPD, and I feel they took advantage of me among others.I have e-mailed them over and over again to please refund my money,no reply!! Funny how they sure can take the money out of your account in a matter of seconds but can't get it back!! I am also afraid of someone NOW having my account number and being Disabled and living on a fixed income, scares the heck out of me. Please Help!!
