Complaint Review: Big Fish Games

First of all i have spent some money there a undiclosed amount for the casino game.  during which time i got the chips i paid for but the chips i paid for were lost do to alot of techinal problems of there game the slot reels would disapper, symbols would not line up , get free spins and not get paid for the amount that i won on free spins, would hit scatters on the game and they would not pay the amount, get boted from the tables and lose may chips, they have a reward center that has a keno spot where you pick 5 numbers and get a chance at winning 1 million chips and the keno problem is that some of the time it would only let me pick four numbers instead of 5, contact customer service , they basically said that you have a connection problem and you aree lying, so they basicly called me a liar , they are proffesional at my internet connection that they have the nerve to say its my internet coonnection they no nothing of my connection\. i would like my money back or are fair amount of chip reimbursement.  If you read there app page with all there comments and facebook you would see that i am not the only oe with the problems
