Big Game Promotions IS Contracted With Modesto High School Athletic Department

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, April 13, 2012

Big Game Promotions works with high schools across the US to help raise money for equipment, travel expenses and much more through our Big Game Sports Schedule Posters and Media Guides.   We have raised millions of dollars for high school sports over the last 2.5 years, providing much needed funding, and in some cases even saving programs that could not afford to remain active.

We have been working with Modesto High School's athletic department for the last 2 years, and are contracted directly with Athletic Director Donnie Wallace to produce the season sports schedule posters.  Big Game Promotions is bonded and registered with the California Department of Law as a commercial fundraiser and remains fully compliant with California state law.

We are aware that there was an article published in the Modesto Bee (newspaper) on 5/11/2011 exposing another poster company for being a scam, causing some confusion with Mr James Morris and Apple Tree LawnCare.  Mr Morris signed up to sponsor an ad  with Big Game Promotions on 4/11/2011for the Modesto High School fall sports schedule poster for $175.00.  Big Game Promotions designed a free, custom, full color ad which Mr Morris approved, and we mailed a copy of the poster to Apple Tree Lawn Care to hang up in the office showing support for the team.   Once Mr Morris read the article
in the Modesto Bee he charged back his donation to our merchant and has not returned any of our calls or emails.   We understand Mr Morriss confusion and look forward to clarifying this misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, not all of the employees and representatives at Modesto High School are made aware of Big Game Promotions and our working relationship with the Panthers Athletic Department.

We appreciate all of the businesses that support the teams at Modesto High School, and are committed to delivering high quality sports schedule posters, media guides and schedule cards for the teams, the school and the loyal businesses in the greater Modesto area communities.

Please feel free to contact our office between the hours of 8am-5pm M-F to speak with a live representative: 866-351-0005 for additional information.
