Complaint Review: Big gemini kennels

First off metioning my past mistakes to boost your liesss shows your desperate.My lawyer contacted him and talked about the contract andre or darrell smith who knows whats the real name called her back 3 times third time she didn't answer the 3rd call. As for the contract it is NOT FAKE i will post it and you will see his signature on it and date.....

Donnie is the author of this fake claim/report. It is completely FALSE.  Big Gemini Kennels has revoked all breeding right to BGKs New York, and legally proved documented ownership of the dog to any inquiring party.   We have the REAL contract, (that was notarized and signed).  Not the fake contract Mr. Dotson has posted on this site.  This is why we have won every legal battle and will continue to do so. We do good business and try to help our clients as much as possible, but we will NOT be ripped off and slandered.    

I met Donnie via our website after he had just returned home from doing serious prison time.  Donnie told me he was on parole, and wanted to turn his life around, and asked would I work with him on payments because he could not afford our dogs. Donnie wanted to become a breeder. I normally never allow payments, and all of my business is conducted by contract, with a deposit then full payment when the dog is ready to go.  Our first picks are worth the most money, and always the first to go.   However after speaking with Donnie on the phone for a while, hearing him beg for me to allow payments and mentor him, made me want to give him a chance. I allowed him to pay for the dog over the course of a year and a half, a little bit at a time. My attorney wrote a contract and had Donnie sign and notarize the contract stating that BGKs New York was a co-own with our kennel and that our kennel would retain the UKC paperwork.  this was because I was allowing him to pay for a first pick male from my best stud over the course of over a year. It stated that I would keep the papers and breeding rights for my self, and automatically approve any breeding’s Donnie did with dogs in his yard.  The contract also stated I would not pay for any BGK breedings. It also said that our kennel would promote all of his breeding’s with the dog on our social media and website to assist in selling the pups. It also stated that any breedings with other kennels would have to be mutually agreed up on.  Donnie signed and notarized the contract, (not the fake one he posted), and mailed it to me after he already had BGK New York in his possession. BGKs NY first breeding was with BGKs Rockza of BGK Hawaii.  I did not need to pay Donnie for this breeding because it was a BGK breeding per our contract.  However Donnie told me he was very low on cash and having a hard time with his parole officer, so I was nice and sent him $1000 for the breeding although I did not need to pay him at all.  

I began heavily promoting BGKs New York on social media, and he became very popular with my following.  I had a female ready to breed with the dog, and I contacted Donnie, who made excuses as to why he could not send the semen.  He told me his phone ran out of minutes, his cousin would not allow him to use his vehicle, the veterinarian was to busy to do it, the road were full of snow, etc, etc.  This is when I realized Donnie would not keep his word.  I called him and asked him why was he breaching the contract, and he said "My dog is to popular for you to breed him for free".  I told him I gave you 1k when I wasn’t obligated, and he is popular because of my guidance and marketing.  We have a contract, honor your half.  I then offered to purchase BGK's New York from Donnie outright.  Donnie told me he would take him in the backyard and shoot him in the head before selling him to me. At that point I informed Donnie since he was breaching our notarized contract, I would no longer register any breedings for his dog, and now he was only a pet.  Donnie told me "I dont care, I will still breed him, and hang the papers on a different stud. F* the contract" He then contacted an attorney who contacted me saying that I would be sued for the money he spent for the dog.  I informed her she had been shown a fake contract and showed her the real notarized contract.  She apologized for wasting my time and quickly exited the call. She knew she did not stand a chance against a notarized contract from her client, and her client had not informed her about the contract.  That is the reason you are reading this ficticous post slandering my company.  

We have done good business for the last twelve years and take pride in going above and beyond for our clients.  If Donnie had complied with our contract he agreed to, he would have made a lot of money and some awesome productions with our kennel promoting every breeding he did.  We were fully prepared to keep our side of the deal.  If there were any merit to this false claim, and back stabbing contract breaching "breeder" then it would have already been settled in a court of law already. And I would win easily.  Donnie does not want to go to court because he knows he will definitely LOSE due to our notarized contract.  I guess making false allegations and slandering the person/ kennel who tried to help you get established in the business is the prison mentality still at work.  We always honor our contracts at Big Gemini Kennels, and we have not lost one court case in 12 years.   Even more importantly 98% of our clients have become good friends and keep in touch with updates of the dogs, and are very thrilled with their purchase. This is the truth.

I purshased my dog for 10k from Andre Smith owner of Big Gemini Kennels. I had my dog for a year without the papers. Andre Smith proposed a co ownership and I agreed. The only reason I agreed was because I trusted Mr Smith. A contract was then sent to me via email and signed by Andre Smith and I agreed to those terms. A couple of weeks later I recieved a contract in the mail where he repeatedly expressed urgency to sign and send it back. I sent it noterized only to later find that the contract was altered! I have the original contract signed and dated by Andre Smith which clearly states I am entiled 60 percent of ANY breeding Big gemini kennels secures on the other contract. That part was removed. My dog's first breeding was done with BGK's Rockza I recieved $1000 as a down payment, then offered 1st pick female so I agreed. Andre wanted to keep her because she was the biggest one. He offered $6000. I said ok. Weeks passed and I never received anything. He then proceeded to setup another breeding for which I did not agree. Since I didn't get paid for the first one that's why I didn't agree. He then proceeded to say I will have a nice pet with no papers. He took advantage of the altered contract by trying force breedings. I am willing to persue this matter legally.
