big girl store claims to sell coach handbags, literally the worst fakes ever, nothing like the pictures, they spelled coach wrong, will not return emails Internet

i searched the internet for coach handbags, biggirlstore.com get coming up. their site claimed that they were actually selling coach handbags at a great price.  they had a great customer service policy and return policy.  i received the handbag, the WORST FAKE i have ever seen. everything was wrong...fabric, color (inside and out), workmanship (i use that word lightly in this case). i have emailed the company every day for 2 weeks and have had no response, they supply no telephone number. the bag was shipped from china. i would not have been overly thrilled about receiving a fake, but for the price, $89.00, had it been a good fake i would have dealt with it. i can't fully describe how bad this thing is.  the pattern of the fabric dooesn't match up at any point,  the lining has the seams sewn with the raw edges showing (where it actually is sewn, not just a hole). so, do yourself a favor and pass this great "deal" up.

What all parties in this particular complaint seem to be missing, is the fact that it is illegal to manufacture and sell counterfeit goods. It doesn't matter how good or how bad the products are, or how much or how little they are sell for. The fact of the matter is they are fakes. The sellling and manufacturing fakes is illegal. Simple.

I can't believe this "company" has disclosed one of their customers information, although it is not mine.  I am thinking of contacting this other customer so we can compare notes!  Hopefully that person was able to recoup their losses.  But truly, this is the most disreputable company I have ever encountered.  I am still in shock that they put someone's info out there.  If they want to try to get it right, my name is Patricia Colombo.  Stay far away from these people!

Until today,this customer still refuse to return our goods,we sent her many mails,but not get any definite response. We make sure This customer is a liar,she said she bought our goods by paypal,in fact,she ordered our goods by Credit card,not paypal. Another,her shipping address is different with bill address.In US,Credit card have a chargeback function,so she made use of this function to swindle.

We will take a measure to resolve this issue soon.Buyer and seller are au pair.We have to show details about this customers,hope all sellers keep an eye on,below is some details about this customers:

I did not lie about any of this transaction. I did email your company through your website many, many times. I've saved every one of my emails!

I made payment through Paypal thinking i would have some recourse. Paypal would only take a complaint not fight for a refund because it was not purchased on ebay. So i have not been reinbursed as this company states.

I would certainly not send this bag back to China without some communication with this so called company.  The return address on the package was not in English or readable.

Once again, this bag is the worst fake imaginable.

Clearly,this customer is a liar.Our customer service staff always response anyone in the first time.She said we never response her,it's a irresponsible lie.Even if you are not satisfied with our goods,but please don't magnify lie.When this customer received his order,and she chargeback by her credit card company.And also she refuse to return our goods.She want to no cost any fund to get his order.If our products so bad,well then Why this "great customer" don't wan't to return our so "bad products" ???
