Big Jim's Wholesale Product paid for, no shipment recieved, no response to emails, no phone # to call! Watauga Texas
I placed an order on 3/23/09, was told delivery would be 48 hours after payment received. The order was paid ONLINE on the same day order was placed.
I sent my first e-mail requesting an ETA of shipment on 4-6-09, no response was received. I have followed up with continous e-mails, on 4-13, 4-14, 4-15, 4-16, and 4-17. NO response has been received to any of these emails.
I can find no telephone number listed for this company that is anything other than an automated 'order line'.
This order amounted to over $600 and I did receive an automated receipt for this amount from the company, in my email.
I will probably have to take some legal action to get my money back. I would not suggest dealing with these people.

Call received finally from Jim at Big Jim's wholesale

I received a call this morning from 'Jim' at Big Jim's Wholesale, this was after calling another business in Oregon whose telephone number appeared on an email I received from Big Jim's, and leaving a message for this person to call me back. When I received the call from Oregon, I explained that I had ordered product from Big Jim's in March and had not received it or been able to reach him, he said because of "privacy laws" he couldn't give me a number for Big Jim's.
An hour later I received the call from Jim at Big Jims, he said that HIS credit card company that received HIS payments for products was 'HOLDING' the funds, and that he was unable to order the products because of this, to send to his customers. He also said that he had sent out a 'blanket' email to customers to advise them of this and that their funds would be reversed. I told him we did not receive an email of that nature. He did give me a phone number to call if there were any questions, and I will be giving that to my bank to follow up on reversing these funds.
I do NOT believe I would have received a call from Big Jims had I not spoken with the Business in Oregon.
Again BUYER BEWARE!

Buyer BEWARE!
It seems that Alpha Dog Wholesale also is a part of Big Jim's Wholesale. I am sure any one ordering from them will run into the same issues as have happened with Big Jim's, ie; take your money, but no product deliveries.
It has been 6 weeks, since our order was placed, we have received no product nor answers to any of the 7 or 8 emails we have sent to the property.

Also found a rip off complaint under BIG JIM WHOLESALE, THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY!
