Complaint Review: BIG LTD

Hello I just recently did a loan through this company, and let me tell you it was a hassle. I ended up sending a payment to through moneygram to close out the account. The company will not give you a physcial address at all when you ask for it. This company only wants to debit your checking account. However I ended up paying out over $400 for a $200 transaction. I also requested a copy of terms and conditions the company refused to provide me with the information. Because they wouldn't stop debiting my account I had to close out current account and open a new one. I just wanted to say everyone gets into financial strains and you need money right away, but be careful as to where you get loans from. You never know when you'll be a victim of a company that has taken advantage of you.
