Complaint Review: BIG Ltd

I wanted an short term loan until payday which I was total willing to pay off at that time. I told the individual this that I talked to on the phone and was under the understanding that this is what was going to happen. On the day they were to be paided they withdrew only $80.00 and said I had a balance of $275.00 of an orginal $280.00. When I called using a number that the bank gave me because this was the only way I had to get touch with the company, I was told that I could not pay the rest or their mistake could not be corrected, just on my next payday they would deduct $275.00 after calling three days ahead of my payday. These people need to be stoped I worked too hard to just give my money away, and I really resent it being taken from like this.
