Complaint Review: Big Lucky Deals

Big Lucky Deals or as I refer to them as Big Yucky Deals.
Wicked mega cheep, with mega problems. Ive ordered from him twice, & wont again. Website is never up to date, half of what you order is out of stock. You get an email form someone who can barely speak English let alone type in
English, stating to choose something else from the SKU list she provides. After you change your order, there is never an updated invoice or adjustment in the amount. Shipment is sent without communicating delivery date. Boxes are so
cheep they are sheared and your items hanging out. When I called Sammy the owner, he said he knew about the boxes and was in the process of fixing it. 
I ordered dresses M-XXL but got S-XL. He said he would refund me for that, and didnt.
The 2nd order was even worse. Again half the order was out of stock, had to change my order. Boxes falling apart, one box was all over the UPS truck and missing inventory. The other dresses are so thin that I am selling them as lingerie. Another is so short that your behind hangs out, so I am selling those as tunic tops. The blouses are 2 sizes
too small, I had to cut out tags and resize them. Took 2 months to get him to pick up the order with missing inventory, still waiting for my refund. He wont answer your emails but if you used Paypal and file a claim, then he acts like hes
here to do you a favor. Ive received several returns and complaints on the first ordered dress. This guy has taken up too much of my time, but if you got the time to deal with irate customers, returns, retagging, and riding this guys a**
to get a refund, then by all means take a chance. He even said to me youll be back for my cheep prices ! No I wont! But I know there will be plenty more that come after me who will. Just remember youve been warned!  And if youve been a victim of Big Yucky Deals, I hope you will speak up and voice your opinion here.
