Grandson takes his car in for overheating. Big O replaces radiator, water pump and thermostat and coolant. I don't think this is their area of expertise but it was the closest place for him to push it to.

After $800 worth of work, he picks it up, drives 20 miles to grandmas and on his way back car is overheating. He pulls over, lets it cool down and then heads back to Big O. Someone waves him over, the car is on fire. He gets out and the car burns. Big O claims they have no responsibility, because the car is 14 years old it could have started anywhere. I've never met bigger BS artists.

The sketchy fire report states point of ignition as engine, gear and wheel. But, after talking to a battalion chief, he said that their reports are not extensive and we would have to hire a private fire investigator which we can't afford. I took pictures yesterday at the tow yard and the water pump was laying on the ground.

I'm sure they didn't do all of the work but the evidence is melted. My grandson has not been able to get to work because this area is sparse and you need a car.
