Complaint Review: Big O Tires

I had purchased a VIP coupon book from Auto Promotions for a deal on oil changes.  7 oil changes for $80.  Sounded too good to be true, and was. 

Made an appointment for an oil change and told them at the time I was using the VIP coupon book.  They said nothing.  Arrived for the appointment and was told they do not honor the coupon.  They are listed ON the coupon as one of the participating dealers.  I just bought it about 6 weeks ago.

They referred me back to the company I bought it from.  They offered me their current deal for a $15 oil change which I did, however, am really nervous about letting them put their hands on my car after some of the reiviews I have read about this chain of stores.  Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me.  I won't be going to Big O Tires again and risking that.

I'm sure I got had on this and will never see a penny of my money back.  They should be more aware of deals which they are listed on.  They were not nice at all about it.  I was really glad to get out of there.  Follow your gut...if it doesn't feel right...don't do it!
