Big Option  Investor's Beware !- Online Binary Option Broker Exposed - BigOption David Elias SCAM Internet-based Binary Options Broker - BigOption.com is a SCAM. Internet

In August 2014, I came across a brokerage company named BigOption.com.  Their website appeared legitimate and very user-friendly. I was foolish not to investigate with the SEC (to learn they are not registered) or other Internet-based reviews.

Initially I deposited $500.00 to trade options with.  I was contacted and through lengthy discussion convinced to deposit another $1,000 for training. As soon as the additional deposit of $1,000 was made, I was contacted immediately and pressured to raise the deposit to a total of $5000-$10,000.

At that point, I felt something was amiss.  I refuse to make any further deposits, and requested an immediate with drawl and immediate return of the balance on my account approximately $1300.

Despite many withdrawal request and repeated compliance requests by BigOption.com, they will not return the balance of my funds.

Attempting to get ever-increasing larger deposits through extortionate means, if an investor becomes aware of their scam, They simply will not return the funds that you did send.

I was totally taken in by a smooth talking Greg Lansky. I, stupidly, let him become my "expert" trader. What a joke...he started investing immediately in trades that we had previously discuss as taboo.

Next I said I wished to take the trading back to me only...well did that open Pandora's box. The customer service was a joke as was the investigation team. Always protecting the trader and not regard for the client even when data showed that unauthorized trades were being implemented. I tried at one time to withdraw some funds...according to my balance I had some available funds...nothing transpired into my CC so I called. Well apparently one has to contact your"expert trader" and he has total control of your funds.

Greg immediately made some really stupid trades andI lost money. He was supposedly taken off the account so while I was beathing a sigh of relief a Peter Thompson, very important person, a manger, calls and asks if I had given Mr. Lansky (Greg) permission to do a ladder trade. I said I do not know what a "ladder trade " was and he said OK he would fix my issue and restore my account back to when I had Lansky off my account.

Well, come the triggering or whatever it is called and within a nanoo second $6000 just disappeared.

I tried getting in touch with Peter but to no avail...thee customer service people kept stalling and telling me my issue was advanced to the investigationteam. Every discussion on chat I was told it had neen advanced to the "investigation team". What a joke...it would be funny except that we are talking about money.

Great, next i find that Jim Davis a customer service bloke on occassions is also a manager of the investigation group and so it goes on.

The list of customer people Ihave had conatct with are, Eva Bennet, Jack Hunter, Jim Davis, oh I mentioned him already, Pete Tthompson ( he does not have the courtesy to answer calls or emails to explain how he lost my funds so quickly...he is supposedly a senior manager, Alan Murphy, Wayne Smith, MatthewWalker, Dan Lewis,Bryan Austin.

Out of all the person I spoke with Peter Thompson was the only Englishman. I suspect most are from iron country originally and the scam is setup by Russian Mafia

One is unable to get to upper management which with any solid, real and trustworthy company is never a problem Suspect, oh yes indeed.

Beware, read the fine print on withdrawls, do not. I repeat, do not give your account to any "expert trader".

That is if you are as gullible as I was and invest with these rather shady people.

I have been trading with BigOption since a 1 year. I have also proceed to withdrawals of about $1000. They have never deceived me till now, so I don't really understand what is happening. Your story does not hold why have you invest more money before starting to trade? You are criticizing the binary options trading platform without having tried it yet. I wish every trader to have the same experience I am actually having with BigOption and I hope your problem will be solved.

Even if the binary options brokers are regulated with CySEC there is no guarantee that they will eventually pay you your withdrawals. BigOption might not be regulated but at least they have a real customer support. This platform gives you the opportunity to interact with people and not robots. It is normal that account manager ask for more investments it is their job. Nobody has threatened you to invest more money. I just don't understand why people keep criticizing BigOption while the wrong choices are taken only themselves. For my part I have never let anyone influence my investment decisions and my capital is still increasing.

One of the major issues, according to big option broker reviews that many of us traders face are a lack of knowledge when it comes to the broker we are dealing with. We don't take the time to research, find regulated firms or yet, know the market reviews and how to trade. Even if your account managers tell you that you don't need experience, i would suggest that you take the responsibility to study the market reviews, the different assets, their performance on the market and knowing more about your broker. I was once a victim of BigOption.com, I voiced my concerned and how I was furious. But since it's my funds they had to do something. Although I lost a big chunk of my funds, I managed to learn and recuperate a portion of it.

Since, BigOption has been assisting me with all my queries and I was able to be helped by my broker as well as helping my broker too. On their website they offer a great corner for education, make use of it. That's how i learned. Remember that it is YOUR money. You paid for that service, you deserve to be helped. So my point is, for future reference, please make sure you study the market and research on your broker. There's more to just a few good or bad reviews that circulates on the net. And this goes out to all my fellow traders.

I have read your comment and things does not look crystal clear to my eyes because actually this is the best trading platform I have been trading and my wife as well... It does not look nice to say you lost only by words, do you have something to prove here please?

I went on many platforms but I have not seen any of them so trustworthy as BigOption.com

Fortunately I came across this site bigoption.reviews where all statements look foolproof against users who have given their clear opinions.

After following their trading advice, it almost wiped out my entire account with a 100% failure on the trading signal given to me.

I suffered the same pressure to put more capital in, after realizing it wasn't for me, my request for refunding the remained balance was also turned down. BigOption claimed my "turn over" trading wasn't fullfiled: I came to know, by my surprise, that for for each $1 dollar they deposited in my account as "bonus" I would have to make... Pay attention: 30 trades in order to fullfil the "turn over".

In other words, they deposited as bonus $ 1500 dollars in my account which give the astonishing number of, if I am right, 45000 trades, or, I will never see my remaining balance ever.

Very crooked plan indeed.

There are 2 types of Binary Option Brokers, those who are regulated and those who are not.

American traders of Binary Options will not find a CySEC regulated broker that accepts traders from the United States.

International traders should always double check that the broker they wish to trade with actually has a license from a financial regulator.

See an updated list of regulated brokers at: http://topoptionbroker.com/eu-regulated-binary-brokers/
