I ordered a set of car seat covers that's colors was supposed to be bold and vibrant. I placed that order on Apr.27 I got a confirmation on May 11. ( COVID) I sent multiple emails in which they did respond I still have those emails. Because I couldnt see the tracking for my package on my end. June 9 I believe I recieved my package (COVID RIGHT I WAS TOLD). Ok ... opened my package and my car seat covers were faded and didnt not fit properly.

I emailed them and was given a discount code. I complained again they asked me to send in a photo of the seat covers I did. Then told me i needed pay to send it back. Colors are way faded and logos are not even centered correctly as shown I picture. And its fit is crooked cause it's not made correctly. I dont want to send it back in fear that I wont get my refund or my "New" product.
