Complaint Review: Big Red Wire

I have used my local internet company for over a year with the same dial-in number with out ever getting charged a long distance call. When I switch to bigredwire I get over a $1,000 long distance bill in a month. My local phone company confirmed to me that this was not a long distance call, but bigredwire so far has refused to help me.

In addition I was supposed to get e-mailed when my credit card was billed. I did receive a couple notices but they were for appx $80 dollars worth of bills. So you can imagine my surprise at the end of the month.

I sent 3 e-mails and left 3 voice mails but no reply. Finally I did get a e-mail back saying basically to call my local phone company. I did, to re-activate my long distance services. Beware!!!
