Recently purchased 2009 Sundance from Big State. Was listed as excellent condition. Was aware of some minor delamination. After signing bill of sale ready to pull out with unit we saw more issues with camper. Sonny is a fast talker and has an explanation for everything. Its all lip service. After getting unit home more issues came to light. Leaking skylights which we now know is the cause of the delamination. He assured us the camper had no leaks. Called him he said Sorry its already titled in your name. Bring it back I'll fix it. Have been told it can not be fixed. Please do not keep allowing this guy to stay in business. He us ripping honest hardworking people off. Wish I had listened to my inner gut feeling. Tell everyone you know not to buy from these people.
