Big Time Hydraulics Yeah right, perhaps "Long" Time Hydraulics Vancouver Washington
I was in an accident 3 months ago and Big Time Hydraulics is the autobody shop I took my car to. The past three months have been horrible. I have called them numerous times so I could find out what was going on with my car and they gave me the run around saying my car was being painted four of the many times I called them. When I talked to the manager, he was very unprofessional and rude to me calling me names and using my car to threaten me. They claimed there were additional damages to my car, and when my lawyer sent an adjuster down to the autobody shop, there was no one there to let the person in. The manager wont return any calls to anyone. I still have my rental car and there is no response as to what has happened to my car or when it will be done.
